This interactive workshop will enable students to start taking broad goals and breaking them into smaller plans of action. Through engaging group activities attendees will learn to create a mindset of how to take academic and personal goals and turn them into daily tasks. Students will be empowered to develop their own arsenal of resources. User-friendly “habit tracking” apps and tools will assist in developing routines. Attendees will leave with simple strategies to keep their goals on target!
Students will become aware of the following:
* how to synthesize large goals into daily application
* learn how to develop a resource reconnaissance mindset
* awareness about "habit trackers" and goal setting tools and how to implement to monitor the steps needed to keep goals on target
